Last Chance Marathon and Half Results 52 people started. 51 finished. Annie Thiessen and Shawna Wilskey were first overall and first females. Ian Marshall from Anacortes was first male. First time marathoners were Julie and Matt Sisler. Andy Dunn became a Marathon Maniac when he finished. Great job everyone and thank you to all who volunteered, including but not limited to the following: Marathon Maniacs for renting the building and for buying us all yummy Bandito Burritos; Aid Station Steve (Robinson); Finish line help: Madeline Cassar and Makalee Latta; turn around aid station Laura and Randy; and, all around helpers: Darlene Latta, Charles Crompton and Leslie Miller as well as the family members that hung out and cheered everyone on!!! Great job everyone that ran the full and the half and Thanks for the peanut butter and other donations that we split between the Bellingham Food Bank and Whatcom Humane Society. |
