What was the most challenging race or combination of races you’ve ever done and why?The goblin valley ultra marathon…It was fun but hard at the same time…I would do it again though What is a typical training week like for you? How many miles do you run? Any cross training? No cross training just running and some walking about 30 miles a week But two weeks before a race i do more like 45 miles.... Do you have a training partner? If so, who is it?I wish i had a training partner.Well i kinda do but his not with me i just talk and run with my late son…I know it must sound strange but thats who i train with…….
