TIMES. The fastest male finisher was Cliff Richards and the fastest female finisher was Shawna Wilskey. We had two first time marathon runners, Doran Smolkin and Sean Conway (Sean did this for his high school senior project). We also had a least one new maniac finish, Meg Burtch. Together, the runners and helpers donated over 150 pounds of peanut butter (spilt between the Whatcom Humane Society and the Bellingham Food Bank, both of which were very grateful). I have received wonderful e-mails from participants saying they enjoyed all of the food (yummy pizza (thanks Little Ceasers and Marathon Maniacs), soup, and goodies), and the enthusiastic volunteers (including my mom (Eileen) and my neices), so great job to everyone that came, ran, and helped and special thanks to Marathon Maniacs for supporting this event.
